Our vision at Assembly Technicians Unlimited is to become the best outside provider in the world of “total
service” to big box retailers with a workforce that demonstrates the highest degree of excellence and
professionalism, cooperation, and value-added impact.
Mission Statement
Our mission, therefore, is to provide the highest quality of total service that will add significant value to
stores by meeting all of their service needs with professionalism, integrity, excellence, humility,
enthusiasm, and thanksgiving.
Here are the principles of how we live our mission every day:
We make every effort to add value to the store with our Good Old Fashion Service! Remember the good old
days when service and smiles went hand in hand?
When serving meant:
• Taking pride in how you treated someone.
• Feeling like you were part of something bigger than yourself.
• At the end of the day it was less about how much money you made, and more about how much you
contributed to someone else’s day.
• Helping and encouraging each other, bearing with each other, looking after each other, being punctual,
cheerful, diligent, professional, moral, humble, and thankful.
At Assembly Technicians Unlimited, we not only assemble the products for stores, we also provide the “old
fashioned service” you would expect to receive from the 1950’s . . . cheerfully and considering others interest
before our own.
We take pride in all we do. Our Number one goal is to maintain and increase in store sales by providing top
quality customer service, not only to the store, but also to your individual customers as well. We know customer
service is a continuously evolving process that is specific to each customer and cannot be mass produced;
rather it must be catered to every unique situation.
